MEET OUR HEAD CHEF, DIEGO
Chef Diego’s journey started in restaurant kitchens, working long hours and learning everything he could. At first, food was just a job — something he did to make ends meet. But as the years went by, he realized how much joy he felt cooking for others, making people laugh, and creating meals that brought everyone together.
That feeling inspired him to start West Coast Hibachi — a business built on passion, hard work, and his love for making every event special.
In Diego’s words:
“I never thought I would work in food. But over time, I found something I love. I enjoy cooking for people, talking with them, and giving them a good experience. It makes me proud to see my clients happy. That’s why I started my business, and I put my heart into every event.”
